New Hill, North Carolina
THE VISION
Miranda and Matt’s destination wedding over Memorial Day Weekend was the perfect kickoff to summer.
This elegant yet inviting celebration welcomed 250 guests to the Bradford in New Hill, North Carolina, with charm and sophistication. Their vision blended European garden inspiration, timeless Chinoiserie motifs, and classic Southern interiors, creating a design that felt refined without ever being overly formal.
The result was a seamless, joy-filled event that captured the essence of a timeless Southern wedding infused with personalized details.
THE DETAILS
A palette of soft butter yellows and light blues set the tone, infusing the weekend with warmth and seasonal cheer.
By balancing tradition with lighthearted energy, the couple achieved a celebration that felt both formal and effortless, elegant yet cheerful. It was a wedding that honored heritage, embraced the season, and left every guest with lasting memories of love, hospitality, and celebration.
A custom lotus motif, inspired by one of the linen selections, became a recurring detail throughout the day, from printed accents to lounge couches upholstered in the same design.
The seating chart embraced a playful golf theme, featuring monogrammed ball buckets and a “Fore-ever” flag, while servers in custom caddy vests reading “Wilson” passed champagne after the ceremony.
Cocktail hour featured the “Daly Dozen Deviled Eggs” made with eggs from the couple’s own chickens as a playful nod to Miranda’s maiden name.
